So upset! I made an appointment earlier today at HAIRZOO to get my eyebrows waxed for 5:30 tonight ....and I got there around 5:15 because I was going to see if I could get in early if anyway possible so I could go to my night class early to study some more for my test.....so I get there and it is completely DEAD with one girl doing highlights and two girls just sitting behind the desk...so I was thinking "oh nice maybe I will get in early" so I tell them my name and that I have an appt at 5:30 but was wondering if I could get in early by any chance, and one girl walks out back ignoring me and the other says "oh wait let me go see where she went and walks away too and tells me to go have a seat and she will tell her I'm here when she gets back out." So I go and sit. I was sitting there for 15 mins...and in the meantime of that 15 mins the girl comes from out back and goes to her station and starts HAIRSPRAYING HER OWN HAIR! and then continues to just sit behind the desk and texting on her phone and talking on her phone while she sees me sitting there. So I get up at 5:30 (my appt time) and go back up to the desk to her and say "hi, its 5:30 now and I have an appt" (in a nice voice-even though I have been sitting there for 15-20mins already while she does NOTHING) and she responds in a bitchy voice "well someone will be right with you please have a seat" and so I was like "ok?" and went and sat back in the lobby area. After another 15 mins go by (now 5:45-5:50) I continued to be ignored and not helped therefore I decided I wasn't going to waste anymore of my time for someone that OBVIOUSLY DOESNT WANT MY MONEY OR BUSINESS so I walked out!!! What an awesome way to do business isn't it???? Just lovely :)
I love coming here and getting my eyebrows waxed. After the second or third tear, the euphoria kicks in and it's pain free. My personal stylist (name escapes me right now) has had excellent results in the past few times I've seen her. I hope I can edit this later with a name, she deserves a raise!

My friend posted this yesterday on Facebook.. As you can tell by her post she is to nice she was supposed to leave a review and did not, so I figured I would do it for her... I hope management/owner reads these reviews. There is no way any customer should be treated this way.....
