These guys always take good care of us
This store used to be a pleasure to go into. Lately, they can't keep apointments to either pick up or deliver things. In the past two years they have gone through so much staff that I have no idea who is going to be there when go in. If they miss an appointment they make it look like the appointment was never scheduled or it was a computer error, never their fault. I'm truly tired of these people. If you happen to have an issue with money on a particular month it's very rare that they will work with you. They have advertisements out there that all you need to do is call them, that's not true. You may get their help but they make you feel like garbage. This store needs to take a class on customer relations. I guess I've said enough but, still feel as though I've forgot something.
Great service, low prices and outstanding staff
Overall, this place is filled with employees that have no idea what their doing and act like fools around paying customers. They have terrible service, don't test their equipment before selling it, and forget to give critical accessories. If I could go lower than one star, I would.
Well, I made the pricing agreement and signed my paperwork and took off. Later in the day, I realized they forgot to give me an optical cable. We went back, only to be told they didn't know what an optical cable was. I had to go into the back and find the thing for them. Professional, no?
After receiving the optical cable, I went home (a 40 minute drive) only to discover they forgot to give me the power cable and remote as well! Well, guess what? Upon calling them, I was told they didn't even have those things in stock. So...they have the equipment, but not the cable that makes it run.
A great place to get what you want. I love them all.
This was the most terrible experience I've had in my life. I walked in with my girlfriend, hoping to take home a new home theater sound system. Imagine my excitement when I finally found what I wanted! However, when I walked back to my car to get my phone, I came back to find my girlfriend in distress. I found out later that the staff was acting barbaric, cursing, and just being downright unprofessional.
