This doctor has bad office practices. His wife works in the office and refuses to process the bills to the correct insurance companies. It took a year or better for her to do her job. She wanted our family to pay cash and then get reimbursed from our insurance company. That isn't how it works with them. The wife publicly humiliated my husband and spoke to him in a completely disrespectful manner. My suggestion is find yourself another doctor. This is one you don't want to be associated with unless you chose to be disrespected as a person.
