I am a college student, and quite far away from my hometown. Took my car there to get an inspection. They said there was a bunch of stuff wrong with it and scraped my sticker off. The price they quoted to fix everything was outrageous. Got a second opinion inspection from my personal mechanic and he said my car was perfectly fine and passed the inspection. So this leads me to believe that this shop was trying to take advantage of some college kid with little knowledge about cars and no options. Very unprofessional in my opinion. Save yourself the time and go somewhere else people. Unless you like getting ripped off that is.
I got an outragous estimate from up the street at Monroe, then took it to Park Automotive. They showed me what I really needed and saved me a ton of money just for being honest. I'll never go any where else again.
Great service- quick turn around and very well informed staff! We have a lot of company vehicles (15+) and they service them all for us- very trustworthy and stand behind their work =)

I started using them about 6 months ago and have had them replace my rear brakes and change my oil and rotate my tires. They have been prompt and courteous. The work done was great along with reasonable prices.
