I frequently rent for work and personal use. All the staff there are friendly and helpful. They bend over backwards to make sure your experience is a good one!
Says they are open till 5 but yet every time I go over from 3 to 4 they are closed... Never answer the phone after 4. Called ahead to tell them I would be there at 3:30 and no one was there. Very disappointed in the service and will never use again!

How do u have a reservation for 3 weeks. When I go to pick up my rental and the have none what a joke.
I come into town to visit family at least once a year, and almost always rent a car here. We recently HAD to find a Suburban (needed that cargo space) to accommodate five adults and two toddlers for a wedding road trip to Virginia Beach. D'Angelo was probably getting a little tired of me hounding him to find this vehicle for us, but he never let me know that during any of my calls or drop in's to check. : ) He did everything he could and, in the nick of time, was able to secure the right size vehicle that would make or break our trip. He's a rock star, and is always very pleasant to work with!!

Location is convenient and now they are open on Saturday mornings! Rates are reasonable, especially specials, Just used the 9.99 weekend special for a trip!
