Decided today I need to find somewhere else to get my hair cut. Don't get me wrong, the stylists are nice but when the stylist decides to announce to the entire salon how dry my scalp is and proceed to talk about it at the top of her lungs, it's a little embarrassing. Not to mention I have shoulder length hair, I paid $25 dollars for a TRIM which took maybe 15 minutes top, which 10 of those minutes included the stylist talking with her hands and not doing any work. Needless to say it's time to find a new salon.
After they have my son a hack job I decided to give them another chance with me and they did another hack job! I am furious. The only thing they do right is she brow waxing. Never again will I get my hair cut there again. Never again will I take my kids there either.
Never will I step foot into this place again.. They embarrassed my daughter by making it know that she had head lice, which she didn't and to top it off they left bleaching chemicals in her hair and made her walk outside on a very cold day with wet hair. They should learn the difference between dandruff and head lice.. worse experience for my daughter thank you so much for traumatizing her.. After talking to the DM for almost a hour, She sent us to Dansville cutting crew were my daughter got her hair done for free and a few extras. For the embarrassment that the Hornell cutting crew did to her. They did a much better job the manager Stephanie was great with her. I still have not stepped into a cutting crew since this nor will I ever again.
I had highlights and a trim by Misty. She did a pretty good job. It depends on who cuts children hair. So far every time my son gets his haircut it's not that great, but I have seen other boys leave with nice cuts.
Terrible place. I showed up for a haircut without an appointment. I got told I'd be next but everyone that came after me got taken care of before me. If they don't want new customers and more business thats their choice. I ended up leaving after 45 min of wait and no one talked to me. Will never be back there, this place is terrible.
